         10      FINANCE

• A treasurer, elected annually from and by the members of the council, shall oversee the finances of the association.
• The accounts of the association shall be presented annually to the council by the treasurer before that treasurer demits office.
• All members, professed and in formation, shall contribute to the general fund of the association a minimum amount annually, as determined by the council.
• The association’s bank account shall be operated by the treasurer and counter signed by one other office bearer, or more as the council may decide.
• Single items of expenditure over £100 require the prior approval of a majority of the council.
• Should the association of the Glasgow Lay Dominicans ever come to an end, any existing funds shall be donated to the English Province of the Order of Preachers.
