CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
- A special general
meeting may be called by any member of the association, with the signed
support of three other members, or ten per cent of the membership, whichever
is the greater. Of the numbers of members calling such a meeting at least
two must be professed members.
- Proposed amendments
to this constitution must be submitted to all professed members at least two
calendar months before any special general meeting at which the amendments
themselves are to be discussed.
- Amendments to this
constitution require to be passed by a majority of the total professed
membership of the association at the time the amendments are proposed, and
must be confirmed by the Provincial with his council.
