WHO ARE GLASGOW LAY DOMINICANS?

• Our group is made up of a variety of people: male and female, single and married, young and old

• All are Roman Catholic

• All of us are lay people

• Some are in full time paid work, some are  retired, some work without pay 

• We are people who take our Catholic faith seriously

• We want to be active members of the church

• We want do this in ways that fit the context of our private and family lives

• We want to engage with the modern world and its problems

• We opt firmly for just and peaceful solutions based on the Gospel

• We are people who enjoy study and discussion and want to learn

• We want share the truths that we learn with others

• We believe that following St Dominic will help us to know, love and serve God better
